    Thank you for choosing our all-natural, raw, and unprocessed honey! Our honey is minimally filtered to preserve its natural enzymes, flavor, and nutrients — just as nature intended. To keep it fresh and delicious, please follow these simple care and storage tips:

    Storage Tips

    • Store your honey in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
    • There’s no need to refrigerate honey — in fact, refrigeration can cause it to harden more quickly.
    • Always keep the lid tightly closed to prevent moisture from entering the jar, which can cause fermentation.

    Crystallization

    • Over time, natural honey may crystallize or solidify — this is completely normal and a sign of pure, raw honey!
    • To re-liquefy, simply place the jar (with the lid off) in a bowl of warm water and stir gently until smooth again. Avoid using boiling water or microwaving, as excessive heat can destroy the beneficial enzymes.

    Use & Handling

    • Use a clean, dry spoon to scoop honey from the jar to keep it fresh and uncontaminated.
    • Enjoy in tea, on toast, in recipes, or straight from the jar — however you like!
    • Not recommended for children under 1 year old.

    All of our honey is harvested and packaged by hand to preserve its natural quality. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

    All sales are final.
    If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item as needed.
