    Thank you for choosing our hand-poured wax melts! Each melt is made with care using high-quality wax and premium fragrance oils. To get the most from your melts and keep your home smelling amazing, follow these simple care and safety tips:

    How to Use

    • Place one or two wax cubes in the top of your wax warmer (electric or tealight).
    • Do not add water or oil — just the wax melt.
    • Turn on your warmer or light the tealight and allow the wax to melt, releasing fragrance into the air.
    • When you’re finished, turn off the warmer or blow out the tealight and let the wax solidify for reuse.

    Safety Tips

    • Always use your wax melts in a suitable wax warmer designed for melts — never on the stovetop or in the microwave.
    • Keep the warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, children, and flammable materials.
    • Do not leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
    • Avoid overfilling your warmer dish. Too much wax can overflow when melted.
    • Do not handle or move the warmer while the wax is hot.

    Changing & Cleaning

    • Once the scent has faded, allow the wax to cool and harden completely.
    • To remove, gently warm the base for a few seconds, then pop out the wax or use cotton balls/paper towels to soak it up while still soft.
    • Wipe the warmer clean before adding new melts.

    Storage & Longevity

    • Store unused melts in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight or heat, to preserve fragrance strength.
    • Fragrance will stay strongest when melts are kept in their original packaging until use.

    All of our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches to ensure high quality and consistent fragrance. Because these are handmade and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

    All sales are final.
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
