    Thank you for choosing our fertile hatching eggs! We take great care in providing healthy, high-quality eggs from well-fed and well-cared-for flocks. Each egg is collected, handled, and packaged with the goal of giving you the best possible hatching experience.

    🐔 Egg Collection & Quality

    • All eggs are collected daily and carefully inspected for quality before shipping.
    • Only clean, well-shaped, uncracked eggs suitable for incubation are selected.
    • Eggs are stored properly at 55–60°F (13–16°C) with moderate humidity until shipment.
    • We cannot guarantee hatch rates, as fertility and hatch success depend on multiple factors beyond our control (handling, incubation, temperature, humidity, and equipment).

    📦 Shipping & Handling

    • Eggs are shipped within [insert timeframe — e.g., 1–3 business days] after your order is placed.
    • We use [USPS Priority Mail or your preferred carrier] to provide the fastest possible delivery.
    • Each egg is individually wrapped and cushioned for protection during transit.

    Note: Despite our best efforts, rough postal handling, temperature changes, or transit delays can impact hatch rates. Once eggs leave our care, we cannot control these conditions.

    Fertile eggs are a biological product, and hatch success varies.
    We do not guarantee a specific hatch rate or fertility rate once the eggs are shipped.

    To maximize success:
    • Allow eggs to rest (pointy end down) for 12–24 hours after arrival before incubation.
    • Maintain proper temperature (99.5°F for chicken, 100°F for quail) and humidity levels as recommended for each species.
    • Handle eggs gently and avoid temperature shocks.

    Because fertile eggs are perishable and biological, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
