Thank you for choosing our handcrafted products! Each item is made in small batches with love, using high-quality, natural ingredients. To ensure the best experience and the longest life for your items, please review our care and return guidelines below.

🕯️ Candle Care

• Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials.
• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges to prevent tunneling.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
• Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time and keep the wax pool free of debris.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while lit.
• Stop use when ¼–½ inch of wax remains in the container.
• Store candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

🕯️ Wax Melt Care

• Place one or two cubes in a wax warmer—no water or oil needed.
• Use only in approved wax warmers on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.
• Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
• Allow wax to cool before removing or changing it.
• Store unused melts in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, to preserve fragrance.

🧴 Body Butter Care

• Store in a cool, dry place—natural butters may soften in warm temperatures.
• If melting occurs, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes and stir gently.
• Always use clean, dry hands or a spatula to remove product.
• Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage in until absorbed.

🧂 Sugar Scrub Care

• Keep the lid tightly closed between uses.
• Use a dry spoon or scoop to remove product—avoid water in the jar.
• Gently massage onto wet skin, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry.
• Store in a cool location and avoid keeping it in the shower.

🧼 Soap Care

• Use on wet skin to lather, then rinse thoroughly.
• Keep on a draining soap dish to dry between uses.
• Avoid leaving soap sitting in water or under a running stream.
• Store unused bars in a cool, dry area, away from humidity.
• Natural soaps may vary slightly in color or scent—this is normal!

💋 Lip Balm Care

• Apply to lips as needed for softness and hydration.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat or direct sunlight.
• If melting occurs, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to re-solidify.
• Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use.
• Use clean fingers or an applicator if your balm is in a pot or tin.

🍯 Raw Honey Care

• Store honey in a cool, dry place—no refrigeration needed.
• Keep the lid tightly closed to avoid moisture entering the jar.
• Natural honey may crystallize over time—place the jar in warm water to re-liquefy (avoid boiling or microwaving).
• Use a clean, dry spoon each time.
• Not recommended for children under 1 year old.

• Please perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
• For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
